This commercial development incorporates a national high profile supermarket, retirement apartments and a waterside marina. 

The Local Authority has strict renewable energy criteria for Planning based on Part L2A (2010) which requires 10% on site renewable energy.  BCM have co-ordinated the users to ensure that the overall development demonstrates compliance with the Local Authority Planning criteria.
