The scheme comprises Student Residencies with some allied commercial accommodation at ground level and an adjacent small private residential building. The project is within the ‘London Plan' area and therefore Planning is conditional upon a very demanding energy strategy resulting in low CO2 emissions. BCM has produced the optimum rational servicing strategy which complies with Planning Requirements without resorting to utilising a number of expensive different renewable technology sources.
