The project is within the ‘London Plan' area and therefore Planning is conditional upon a very demanding energy strategy resulting in low CO2 emissions. BCM has produced the optimum rational servicing strategy which complies with Planning Requirements without resorting to utilising a number of expensive different renewable technology sources.
