Park View Community School has been designed to achieve leading edge standards of carbon efficiency. The completed scheme is highly efficient with a 53% reduction in CO2 over Part L targets. 55% of the school's energy is provided by the on-site renewable air source heat pumps. BCM and the team set very high targets which have been exceeded whilst delivering within traditional cost parameters.
