The second phase of a major redevelopment of Wyke 6th Form College uses renewable energy sources, Ground Source Heat Pumps, as part of BCM's servicing strategy. The early modelling of the building has reduced the number of bore holes by 50% compared with the first phase of the scheme (designed by others) due to improving the efficiency of the building.
