The New Build and remodelling project was required to meet all aspects of MCC’s Guide to Development (G2D2) with 25% improvement in CO2 emissions over Part L of the Building Regulations and 20% provision of on site renewable energy sources. Modelling of the scheme at RIBA Stage C provided the team with objective data to enable the targets to be achieved with ease.
