BCM have experience over the full range of educational projects (Surestarts, nursery, primary, secondary, further and higher education). Our engineers have been fully involved in all types of educational projects at all stages of the life of the buildings. This includes design from first principles to advising on the life expectancy of existing buildings and their suitability (and often unsuitability) for ongoing use.

Because we do have the experience, we are often appointed to provide strategic advice on the servicing and masterplanning proposals as well as being called upon to undertake major trouble shooting roles on various schemes. Our communication skills are a vital tool in our armoury and we have the ability to liaise with Educationalists, project sponsors and the teams on site to ensure that the original concepts are delivered in reality.
