BCM staff are fully qualified Low Carbon Consultants and Energy Assessors able to self certify designs for Part L compliance and to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).

Andrew Ringland is the first person in the North West to become accredited to carry out EPCs up to the most complex Level 5.
