BCM Project Awarded BREEAM "Excellent" Rating

Harper Adams University Centre in Shropshire has gained a BREEAM excellent rating, making it one of the most sustainable educational facilities in the UK.

The Post Graduate Development Centre is a combined Teaching Space and Office accommodation building which utilises simple systems for improving energy efficiency and summertime comfort without cost premiums demonstrating that EXCELLENCE does NOT have to be EXPENSIVE! It is an achievement the Client, Design Team and Contractor can be proud of.

Work has now begun on the Student Services Centre which will become the University's main hub for Student Support, Recreation and Student Union facilities.  This building is also well on its way to achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating.
